How to Use the Wheel Lookup

  1. Vehicle Lookup

    • Enter the vehicle's Year, Make, Model, and Diameter into the provided search fields.
    • Click the "Search" button to view a list of available items suitable for your vehicle.

  2. Making a Note of Item Numbers:

    • Browse through the list of suitable items.
    • For each desired product, locate the item number. This is typically displayed next to the product description or as a unique code under the product image.
    • Write down or copy the item numbers for all the products you wish to purchase. We recommend using a note-taking app or simple pen and paper for this step.

  3. Ordering on the Separate Order Site:

    • Navigate to our order site: orders.totaltire.ca
    • Use the wheel search to enter the noted item numbers one by one.
    • Note: Due to varying supplier codes, there might be slight changes in item numbers or availability on our order site. If you're unable to locate an item using the exact item number:
      • Try searching with a partial number or product name.
      • Cross-reference the product description or image to ensure it matches what you found on our company site.
      • If you still can't find the product, it's possible that the item is currently unavailable or its number has changed. Please contact our support team for assistance.

  4. Proceed with the Purchase:

    • Once you've added all your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your purchase.
